The Inclusive Hub
The Inclusive Hub is an inspirational Liverpool-based organisation that provides a safe space for people with disabilities and victims of abuse to meet and develop new skills through exercise and education.
RWinvest has been a close partner of The Inclusive Hub since its foundation and we are currently working to raise £60,000 for the hub through each unit sold in The Gateway development.

Behind the mask of “disability” lies endless potential waiting to be
unleashed via inclusion.

Everton in the Community
Everton in the Community is one of the most active and impactful organisations in the Liverpool City Region. Among the range of initiatives run by EITC is the life-changing ‘Home is Where the Heart is’ project, which offers invaluable support to young people facing homelessness or at risk of exploitation.

To help young people develop their resilience, confidence and emotional coping strategies as well as developing the skills they need to live independently.

In conjunction with the launch of our first eco-development, ELEMENT - The Quarter, we partnered with One Tree Planted, a global non-profit environmental charity. With each sale, 100 trees were planted in the Amazon Rainforest in order to further offset the carbon footprint of the development.

Providing specialist support, healthcare and information to people affected by cancer, MacMillan is one of the largest British charities and one that is close to our hearts at RWinvest. Every year we take part in the annual MacMillan Coffee Morning, raising funds and supporting the indispensable work of this amazing organisation.

Working alongside the Liverpool chef and founder of Liverpool Independent Delivered Services, Dave Critchley, Nexus Residential donated the cost of 1000 packed lunches to help feed struggling Merseyside families over the half-term break.

Assisting with the clean up and maintenance of the Ukrainian Peace garden. Regularly tackling garden maintenance and litter picking to keep this space thriving. There are plenty of weeds to clear, but we do it all by hand, with no chemicals used. This means a safer space for wildlife, healthier soil, and a more sustainable approach to garden care.
