Working alongside a renowned construction company, award-winning architects, and industry-leading quantity surveyors and property agents, Nexus and its extended team of professionals are passionate about Liverpool and actively involved in the city’s growth.
A recent Nexus project, City Residence - The Apartments, is located in a prime regeneration zone within Liverpool city centre. By focusing on high regeneration areas, Nexus take advantage of the most lucrative locations in the city to bring investors the strongest rental yields and highest potential growth.
Although their track record consists of primarily residential projects, Nexus has also incorporated commercial and leisure units into some of their developments. A key example of this is with the successfully completed and tenanted Marina Lofts in 2017 – a block of residential apartments accompanied by commercial leisure units located in North Liverpool.
